Your mission is to turn strategy into coordinated execution—ensuring campaigns, launches, partnerships and e-commerce priorities move forward accurately and on time.
The ultimate goals are to increase execution speed, improve operating efficiency, support revenue growth and reduce Founder follow-up.
This is not an executive-assistant, reporting-only or traditional PR role. You will be expected to identify missing steps, follow up before deadlines are missed and independently close the loop.
Key Responsibilities1. PR & Creator Growth — 30%- Research brand-aligned editors, stylists, creators, publications and affiliate partners
- Evaluate creators based on brand fit, engagement, visibility and commercial potential

- Maintain the e-commerce and commercial calendar
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, site updates and revenue-driving initiatives
- Ensure product details, pricing, inventory, imagery, collections and merchandising are ready
- Coordinate website, CRM, creative, inventory and customer-experience requirements
- QA landing pages, product information, links, promotion codes and exclusions
- Identify and escalate anything that could delay execution, reduce conversion or affect the customer experience
Every product launch, promotion and event should be managed as a coordinated commercial launch.
- Own and maintain the master launch timeline
- Translate initiatives into tasks, owners, deadlines and dependencies
- Connect product, inventory, creative, website, CRM, PR, creator and CS timelines
- Run readiness checks before launches
- Flag missing assets, delayed approvals, inventory risks and unclear ownership early
- Resolve routine blockers and escalate critical issues with a recommended solution
- Monitor launch execution and document improvements afterward
- Translate weekly priorities into clear actions, owners and deadlines
- Follow up across teams before deliverables become overdue
- Maintain accurate trackers and centralized resources in Feishu/Lark
- Surface cross-functional risks and dependencies early
- Provide concise weekly updates covering progress, delays, risks and next actions
- Escalate only decisions that genuinely require Founder approval
