About BÆRSkin Tactical Supply Co.
BÆRSkin Tactical Supply Co. combines rugged performance with everyday functionality to make the very best outdoor gear. We design apparel that reflects timeless values, resilience, and practicality, helping anyone stay prepared and unstoppable - on the trail, in the city, or wherever life takes them.
We are a 100% online brand. There are no stores, no wholesale, no distributors - our own store is the heart of the business, and everything we learn there shapes what we build next. In five years we have grown into one of the fastest-growing DTC apparel businesses in the category, with a nine-figure revenue run rate and a customer base that keeps coming back.
We move fast, and we hire people who want to own something outright. There are no layers to push a decision through and no legacy systems to work around: if you can prove it works, you ship it. AI is genuinely part of how we operate - not a slide in a deck, but a daily tool our team uses to analyse, generate, test, and automate. You will have the room, the data, and the tooling to do the best work of your career.
Role:
This role sits in the Revenue Team and owns the commercial management of our online store.
You own how the assortment is presented and how it converts. The question you answer every week is how much visibility each product earns, in each market, based on stock cover, demand, margin, and where it sits in the range.
You work from sales and funnel data: what is selling, where, at what margin, and at what return rate, and what that means for the homepage, the navigation, the category pages, on-site search, add-ons, and recommendations. You own store conversion from landing to add-to-cart: where visitors drop, why, and what to change.
It is a commercial and merchandising role, not an administrative one. Product uploads, back-end configuration, and front-end implementation sit with other teams - you define what the store needs and make sure it lands correctly and on time. Where the store is missing something that would lift conversion, we expect you to say so and brief it: new features, new modules, a different way through the funnel. Our landing pages are part of the same ecosystem, and you will work closely with the people who own them.
Main Responsibilities:
Commercial management of the store
Start the week in the sales data: what is selling, in which market, and what changes on the store as a result
Own the homepage, navigation, category structure, product placement and sort order across all collection pages, by region
Decide the level of visibility each product gets, balancing stock cover, demand, margin and range strategy
Own add-ons, recommendations and cross-sell placement across the funnel
Own the on-site funnel from entry to add-to-cart: identify drop-off, diagnose it, fix it
Spot what the store is missing and brief new features - modules, filters, funnel changes - to lift conversion, and prioritise them with the product and tech teams
Understand product profitability - margin, refund and return rates - and how they differ by market
Work with the forecast so stock and visibility stay aligned, flagging risk early
Coordinate store and CRM campaigns so everything is live, visible and in line with the promotional calendar
Report weekly on store, category and product performance to the Revenue team
Search, discovery and acquisition feeds
Own on-site search performance: search intent, zero-result and low-click queries, autocomplete, synonyms, ranking rules
Turn search demand into merchandising and assortment decisions
Own Google Shopping product data - titles, descriptions and attributes built around real search intent, and feed quality across markets
Product lifecycle on-site
Coordinate new product introductions, colour drops and seasonal ranges so they land on time and complete
Review PDPs before launch - content, imagery, pricing and configuration ready to go
Retire or de-prioritise underperforming products and keep the catalogue clean
Keep stock, pricing and visibility consistent across markets
Testing, research and AI
Be accountable for changes being correct, on time and live in production
Log weekly changes and measure their impact, so we know what actually worked
Run and interpret A/B tests on the store
Run continuous competitor research - funnels, merchandising, offers, search and feed best practice - and bring back what we should adopt
Use AI tools day to day to analyse data, generate and optimise content, automate reporting and move faster than the headcount would suggest
Experience & Background:
3–5+ years in e-commerce merchandising, online category management or commercial product management for a retail or DTC brand
Excel with data - you build your own weekly view, read your own numbers and justify decisions with them
Experience working across multiple countries or regions, including the interaction between stock and visibility
Strong attention to detail - you catch the broken image, the wrong price, the product showing in a market with no stock
Comfortable owning outcomes rather than executing a task list
Genuinely curious about AI, and already using it to do your work better
Based in or working to Central European Time (CET), with your day overlapping the team's
Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Background at a large fashion or apparel retailer, or at a scaled DTC brand
Experience with on-site search tools, merchandising rules and A/B testing
Experience with Google Shopping feeds and e-commerce SEO
Familiarity with analytics tooling
What’s in It for You:
Fully remote and flexible - we care about results, not hours logged
Clear career path in a fast-growing e-commerce company
26 days of paid leave + parental leave
Friendly, collaborative and international team culture
