PROJECT: Help Businesses Grow Their Online Sales!

Join an international project connected with one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms. You will speak with business owners, introduce the platform’s opportunities, support new sellers with free registration and reconnect with inactive clients.

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

• Talk to business owners about their online sales goals
• Present the platform and the opportunities it offers sellers
• Help new sellers complete their free registration and get started
• Reconnect with inactive clients and explain relevant platform benefits
• Recommend solutions suited to each business and build lasting client relationships

Competitive monthly salary with bonuses:

• €1,100 gross/month – base salary
• Monthly performance bonus of up to €200, based on customer satisfaction and productivity
• 2 additional salaries per year (+€2,200 gross)
• Up Hellas Card: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day (approx. €120 net/month) after one year
• Annual performance bonus of €500 after one year on the project, subject to attendance and conduct conditions

Average monthly gross package: €1,100–€1,300 gross/month + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card

What we expect:

• Spanish at C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher for recruitment and internal communication
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate and can work partly from the office in Neos Kosmos
• Strong communication skills and an interest in conversations with business clients
• EU citizenship or a valid residence and work permit in Greece
