Evri Group is the UK’s premier parcel delivery business, uniting four distinct brands—Evri, Evri Premium, a network of DHL, UK Mail and Irish e-commerce specialist Coll-8—to deliver more than 1 billion parcels and letters annually across the UK and to over 200 global destinations. With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers. Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Digital Acquisition team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital acquisition specialist who is passionate about using data, customer insight and paid media to drive measurable growth.

Working alongside the Digital Acquisition Manager, you’ll help plan, deliver and optimise integrated acquisition campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Affiliate channels. You’ll have the opportunity to influence our acquisition strategy, test new approaches and act as a digital acquisition expert across the wider business.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the delivery of best-in-class paid media activity designed to attract the right audiences, increase conversions and improve customer lifetime value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, launching and optimising PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Affiliate campaigns
  • Leading campaign setup and implementation across multiple platforms, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time
  • Building, testing and refining audiences, bidding strategies, creative approaches and landing-page performance
  • Developing a test-and-learn approach across channels to continually improve creative, targeting, bidding and messaging
  • Using customer behaviour, cohort analysis and attribution insights to improve campaign performance and customer quality
  • Monitoring results against agreed KPIs and commercial targets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and return on investment
  • Supporting the management and pacing of paid media budgets to ensure investment is used effectively
  • Working closely with Marketing, UX, Design and Analytics teams to create effective campaigns and joined-up customer journeys
  • Producing regular performance reports and presenting clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with affiliate agencies, media partners and platforms to maximise channel performance
  • Supporting the development of attribution, reporting and measurement frameworks
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Digital Acquisition and sharing knowledge and best practice with junior colleagues and the wider business
  • Contributing to team planning sessions and acquisition strategy discussions
  • Keeping up to date with platform developments, industry changes and emerging paid media opportunities

What we’re looking for

You’ll have:

  • At least three years’ experience in a Digital Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Conversion or Paid Media role
  • Experience working within a consumer-facing B2C or C2C eCommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Affiliate channels
  • A proven track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and return on investment through paid media
  • Experience managing and optimising budgets against commercial targets
  • A strong understanding of attribution, customer journeys, audience targeting and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience manipulating data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once
  • A collaborative, proactive and inquisitive approach, with a genuine drive to improve results

Experience within retail would be advantageous but is not essential. Knowledge of SA360, Campaign Manager, DV360 and the wider Google Marketing Platform would also be beneficial.

A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Google Ads certifications or other recognised paid media qualifications would be desirable.
