E-Commerce Specialist

SurfacePrep is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to grow and optimize our online presence across Amazon, WooCommerce, and other digital channels. This hands-on role will manage product content, support digital campaigns, analyze performance, and enhance the online customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and content across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product and inventory information is accurate and consistent across digital channels.
• Support digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, email, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.
• Optimize product pages for SEO, customer experience, and conversions, including A/B testing and ongoing improvements.
• Track key e-commerce metrics and use performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback and partner with Customer Service to continuously improve the online buying experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and Finance on content, inventory, pricing, promotions, and digital initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales, engagement, and overall e-commerce performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms; WooCommerce and Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, SEO, digital advertising, and web analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, UX/UI, HTML/CSS, or digital content editing is a plus.
