The Early Career Educator Fellowship is a two-year experience-based cohort for early-career educators interested in building strong foundations of instruction. Through our fellowship, participants will engage in expert-led professional development on culturally responsive pedagogy and rigorous adaptive coaching to achieve academic excellence, while building community with like-valued teachers. Fellows will leave the program with the mindsets and leadership skills necessary to lead transformational classrooms.
