BluePearl is hiring a Field Marketing Partner for the East Division. Ideal candidates will live in our East Division and be willing to travel 20-30% to portfolio hospital locations and other related marketing events.

The Field Marketing Partner, in partnership with Operations, develops and executes data-driven marketing strategies across a portfolio of hospitals. This role drives brand awareness, referral growth, client engagement, and market awareness through integrated marketing initiatives.

As a East Division Field Marketing Partner you will:

• Lead local marketing strategy aligned with enterprise, regional, and hospital goals

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting hospital priorities

• Manage events, continuing education, social media, eMarketing, campaigns, and local initiatives

• Support clinician promotion, service growth, and referral engagement strategies

• Utilize digital platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and client trust

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project accountability

• Leverage data insights to track performance and optimize strategy

• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Strategic and data-driven marketing mindset

• Strong project and portfolio management skills

• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence

• Digital marketing, social media, and campaign experience

• Event planning and execution experience

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience

• 3–5+ years of marketing, field marketing, client engagement, or portfolio management experience

• Healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site experience preferred
