We are seeking an Eastern Territory Sales Manager who understands that successful agricultural sales is about more than selling a product. It is about building relationships, understanding the producer, supporting our dealer network, and representing the Ritchie brand with confidence and integrity.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-focused, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of a territory. Agricultural experience and an understanding of livestock production are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of:

• Previous outside, territory, dealer, or agricultural sales experience.
• Knowledge of the beef, dairy, livestock, or broader agricultural industry.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• The confidence to develop new business while strengthening existing relationships.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining connected to the Ritchie team.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and territory management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
• A genuine desire to represent a long-standing agricultural brand and help take it into its next chapter.
