You find new venues, build relationships fast, and close. You are comfortable in the field, comfortable with rejection, and you celebrate your wins. Field-first, high-output, target-driven. Account Manager - You grow what is already there. You protect revenue, deepen relationships, and find commercial upside where others see maintenance. Commercially sharp and customer-focused - not because you are told to be, but because it is how you win. Product&Tech Engineering - You just don’t write code; you are thinking of a scale-up solution, care about craft, love using AI and want to work in a fast-moving environment where your decisions actually matter.
