Position: ECM Support Engineer
Location: Chennai - Remote
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Job Description:
Required Qualifications & Technical
Skills:
Primary Expertise: Hands-on
experience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM Case
Manager, KwikWork.
Middleware/Platform:
Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration and
troubleshooting.
Database Knowledge: Solid
understanding of relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server)
in the context of ECM schema and query execution.
OS & Environment:
Experience working in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
Tools & Utilities:
Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools (Content Platform Engine, Workplace
XT, or Navigator) is a strong plus.
Problem Solving: Strong
analytical skills to diagnose complex document management and workflow
issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IBM Business
Automation Workflow (BAW) or Content Navigator (ICN).
Prior experience handling
enterprise-level migrations or platform upgrades.
Strong L2/L3 application and
production support experience
