You'll be joining a cutting-edge digital agency that partners with top eCommerce brands to deliver performance-focused media strategies. Known for blending innovation and analytics, the team is constantly testing and optimizing to unlock scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead performance-driven campaigns across retail media platforms and drive measurable growth.
Build strong client relationships, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Focus on KPIs like ROAS, ROI, SOV, and revenue growth.
Mentor a high-performing eCommerce media team.
Stay ahead of trends, experimenting with new platforms and products to gain a competitive edge.
Plan and execute campaigns on Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Kroger, and other retail channels.
Oversee content calendar, creative QA, and campaign implementation.
Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Amazon Analytics to optimize performance.
Collaborate with creative, content, operations, and analytics teams for integrated delivery.
Generate compelling client reports and presentations with a storytelling approach.
Requirements and Skills
4–6 years of experience in performance media strategy within an agency or in-house team.
3+ years working on eCommerce or shopper marketing initiatives.
Strong expertise in Sponsored Search and retail media platforms (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, etc.).
Experience with Skai, PacVue, or Criteo is a plus.
Proven ability to hit ROI/ROAS goals and manage performance metrics.
Confident in client presentations and relationship building.
Solid grasp of retail success drivers: paid media, organic content, ops, and promotions.
Comfortable with analytics platforms and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
Advanced English proficiency, with confidence leading client calls and delivering presentations in English.
