£35,000
Our client is an established fashion business with a growing online presence across multiple international markets. The team is looking for an eCommerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of its websites, ensuring products, campaigns and content are presented effectively and the online shopping experience continues to improve.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working across website merchandising, trading and optimisation in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the wider team to keep the websites running smoothly, support commercial activity and identify ways to improve performance.
A bit about the role
- Manage daily website merchandising across two Shopify stores, including product collections, campaigns, homepage content and navigation.
- Coordinate product launches, new product set-up and restocks, ensuring information, imagery and content are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular website checks and review customer journeys, flagging issues and suggesting improvements.
- Support SEO and AEO activity by optimising product pages, collections and editorial content.
- Assist with trading activity across international markets, including localised content, promotions and performance reviews.
- Analyse website data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising and commercial results.
A bit about you
- 2–4 years’ experience in an eCommerce role, including at least one year of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience supporting ecommerce activity across international markets.
- A good understanding of SEO, AEO and CRO principles.
- Familiarity with GA4, Shopify Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the use of lookup formulas.
- Comfortable working with data and customer insights to identify opportunities and recommend practical improvements.
