Ecommerce Procurement & Operations Executive (Remote) - Furniture

Exclusivia is a growing online furniture company serving Australia and Singapore.

We’re looking for someone with experience in e-commerce operations and purchasing to manage suppliers, track orders, source new products, and help reduce costs and improve daily operations.

Job Information

• Salary: 6,000-9,000 MYR
• Work arrangement: 100% remote
• Working hours: 45 hours per week, aligned with the Malaysia time zone
• Start date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Place orders with Chinese suppliers, confirm specifications and pricing, negotiate costs, and closely follow up on production and delays.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock and sales, forecast demand, calculate reorder quantities and timing, and maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Financial & Pricing Optimisation: Analyse sales, costs, margins and product performance to recommend pricing adjustments, identify which products should be increased or reduced in price, and optimise profitability based on sales data and demand.
• Order & Timeline Management: Track orders from purchase through production and dispatch, maintain accurate timelines, and proactively follow up on delayed orders.
• Shipping & Logistics: Arrange shipments with suppliers and logistics partners and optimise shipping arrangements based on cost and delivery time.
• Product Sourcing & Catalogue Growth: Source new products and reliable suppliers in China, comparing pricing, quality, specifications and lead times to expand the product catalogue and drive sales growth.
• Business Development: Continuously identify opportunities of growth, improve processes, reduce costs, shorten lead times, increase efficiency and support the overall growth and scalability of the business.

Requirements

• Prior experience in DTC e-commerce is a must
• Able to communicate confidently with Chinese suppliers in written Chinese
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to track costs and optimise purchasing and inventory decisions.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
