Requirements Minimum requirements: At least 2 years of eCommerce virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, order management and processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone. Exceptional English communication skills Knowledge, navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps Experience in handling several CRMs Industry experiences: Real Estate, Healthcare/Medical, Hospitality, Finance, IT, Education, Immigration, Legal, etc. Home office setup requirements: Dedicated workstation/ workspace. Noise-canceling headset 50Mbps minimum internet speed PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
