Job Description
This is a remote position.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of consulting projects, including defining project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Oversee project implementation to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with client objectives.
Manage internal and external teams, monitor performance, and ensure proper allocation of tasks and resources.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders through regular progress meetings and status updates.
Conduct research, data analysis, and develop actionable strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
Prepare, review, and deliver professional presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and senior management.
Facilitate executive workshops, client meetings, and implementation sessions in Riyadh or Jeddah as required.
Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals and uphold consulting quality standards.
Be available for travel between Riyadh and Jeddah based on project phases and requirements.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
5–8 years
of experience in consulting, project management, or strategy execution.
Proven experience managing consulting engagements or strategic projects with government or private-sector clients.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP framework).
Certification:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite

PowerPoint
, and
project management tools
(e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com).
Fluency in
English and Arabic
(both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel
between Riyadh and Jeddah when needed.
Saudi nationals are preferred, but open to candidates with strong regional experience.
