Job Description Summary
This position will be located at East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 15% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).
The US Insights & Analytics (I&A) organization engineers the optimal decision environment for the US business by orchestrating, integrating, and synthesizing insights and analytics across therapeutic areas, functions, and the enterprise. Enterprise I&A drives enterprise decision environments through integrated executive analytics and portfolio insights that enable the organization to prioritize investments, track performance, and shape strategic direction.
Reporting into the VP, Head of Enterprise Insights & Analytics, the Executive Director, Portfolio & Re-source Analytics leads the enterprise-level analytics capability that answers three connected questions for US leadership: how is the business performing, where should we invest, and are our functions operating effectively. The role brings together Enterprise & Functional Excellence and Enterprise Resource Optimization under a single leader so that performance measurement and investment guidance are produced as one coherent enterprise point of view rather than as separate analytical exercises.
The Executive Director, Portfolio & Resource Analytics is a senior I&A role interfacing with Finance, the Office of the US President, and to USLT forums – accountable for the standards, methodologies, and narratives through which enterprise performance and investment decisions are framed.
Job Description

- Enterprise and portfolio-wide scope spanning all US therapeutic areas, brands, and business functions – covering enterprise performance reporting, functional excellence, and enterprise investment and resource optimization.

- Owns US enterprise/executive level Performance Vigilance processes like Monthly Business Review, Performance Pulse, Functional Business Reviews, etc
