Job Description

This is a remote position.

You’ve spent years explaining ideas, building confidence and helping others see what’s possible. Perhaps you’re now considering how those same skills could support a different direction for you.

At Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals, we’re looking for experienced educators interested in applying their communication and relationship-building skills to marketing and selling personal development and leadership education programs.

You may be considering a move out of the classroom or exploring a new direction alongside your current commitments. Either way, your experience connecting with people, leading conversations and staying organised provides a valuable foundation.

As an Education Sales Consultant, you will:


• Learn and implement digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries.
• Speak with prospective customers about their interests and goals.
• Introduce personal development programs and provide information to support informed decisions.
• Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate records in an established CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training and put your learning into practice.
• Organise your activities and take responsibility for consistent follow-through.


This is a remote, independent contractor role involving marketing and program sales. Earnings are commission-based and depend on sales results.

Requirements


• Professional experience in teaching, training or a related education role.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage your time independently.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing, consultative sales and CRM processes.
• Confidence using everyday online tools and communicating remotely.
• A reliable computer and internet connection.
• A consistent approach, openness to feedback and ownership of your activities.
• Comfort working within an independent, commission-based structure.


Previous sales or digital marketing experience is welcome, but is not essential. Training and support are provided.
