Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking an Education Sales Consultant to connect prospective customers with personal development and leadership education programs.

This is an independent, commission-based role. Income comes from product sales.

It suits experienced professionals who are comfortable with performance-based earnings and organising their own work.

Many begin alongside existing commitments, setting aside 15–20 focused hours per week.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with adults interested in personal development and leadership education.

• Ask questions to understand their interests and goals.

• Guide prospective customers through an established presentation and follow-up process.

• Use digital marketing methods to generate enquiries.

• Maintain accurate contact records and regular follow-up.

• Participate in ongoing product education and team training.

This is a sales role involving adult learning programs, rather than classroom teaching or student support.

Requirements

• Currently reside in the United States.

• Have at least 8 years of professional work experience.

• Bring strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.

• Have a background in education, training, sales, recruitment, client relations or a related field.

• Be comfortable discussing programs with prospective customers and following up consistently.

• Be willing to learn digital marketing methods and use online systems.

• Work independently and manage your time reliably.

• Have a computer and dependable internet connection.

• Have an interest in personal development and leadership education.

• Understand and accept an independent, commission-based arrangement.

This role is not suitable for students, recent graduates or those seeking a fixed salary.
