The Role

We’re seeking an Education Specialist to be the face of Wealthbox education once customers are live. You’ll create the videos, knowledge base content, and webinars that help advisors and their teams adopt new features and deepen their usage, and you’ll lead one-on-one education sessions with customers who need more than a quick answer. This role combines content creation with live teaching and requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a genuine passion for helping people learn. You’ll work closely with Support, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and our Account and Relationship Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain one-to-many education content, including how-to videos, guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Work closely with Product and Marketing to produce feature-specific education for new releases, such as best practices, use cases, and videos.

• Plan, host, and present webinars and other one-to-many education programs on advanced features, workflows, best practices, and new releases.

• Work directly with customers after go-live to make sure they feel confident and get the most out of Wealthbox, in partnership with Support and our Account and Relationship Managers.

• Share best practices that show advisors how to get the most from Wealthbox in their day-to-day workflows.

• Use support trends, customer questions, and engagement data to identify education gaps, then prioritize new content or targeted outreach, in collaboration with Account and Relationship Managers where accounts are owned.

• Keep the knowledge base accurate and current by updating affected articles with every customer-facing change and writing new articles for new features, in coordination with Support.

• Develop feature rollout content for Onboarding, Support, and Sales, in partnership with Enablement, who turn it into training and certifications.

• Partner with Support, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Account and Relationship Managers to surface customer insights and shape our education resources.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in customer education, training, technical writing, or content creation, including live facilitation, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain software concepts clearly to users of all technical backgrounds.

• Hands-on experience producing instructional content such as written guides, screen-recorded and presenter-led videos, and webinars (portfolio or samples a plus).

• Comfortable presenting on camera and leading both group webinars and one-on-one customer sessions with confidence and professionalism.

• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills suited to a fully remote environment.

• Experience with CRM software or financial services technology is a strong plus.

• AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools for content development, customer communication, and workflow efficiency.

• A genuine passion for customer success and helping people get the most out of the tools they use.
