Job Description

Education Technology Analyst

About ATS+Partners

ATS+Partners (Advance Talent Solutions Inc.) is an AI-enabled consulting firm serving public agencies, education institutions, and mission-driven organizations. We connect strategy with execution through IT and professional services staffing, Salesforce and AI transformation consulting, and people engagement.

Our Education Practice advises schools and districts on technology strategy, infrastructure, procurement, systems and data, and the funding that supports those investments.

About the Role

The Education Technology Analyst provides the data, research, documentation, and project coordination behind our client work. You will build technology inventories, reconcile data, track project milestones, and prepare clear analysis clients can use.

The work spans technology assessments, procurement, systems and data projects, and federal E-Rate engagements. Because E-Rate operates against firm external deadlines, strong organization and early identification of risks are essential.

This is a strong first or second consulting role for someone analytical who wants to understand how technology decisions get made inside schools and districts.

What You Will Do

  • Build technology inventories, refresh schedules, cost comparisons, and supporting analysis.

  • Reconcile data across multiple sources and document discrepancies.

  • Prepare clear tables, summaries, and client documentation.

  • Track project milestones, required inputs, and outstanding information.

  • Maintain E-Rate funding-year calendars and flag deadline risks early.

  • Verify enrollment, NSLP, discount-rate, and Category Two budget data using authoritative sources.

  • Support EPC account, entity, and administrative-window activities.

  • Use public USAC data to research filing history, funding status, and budget information.

  • Organize E-Rate documentation for record retention and audit support.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, education, technology, research, project coordination, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with detailed data.

  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and written communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and identify issues before they become problems.

  • Curiosity and sound judgment when information does not match.

Experience with K-12 education, education technology, procurement, E-Rate, or USAC is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like

You keep projects organized, verify information before it is used, identify risks early, and produce accurate work that is easy to review and trace to its source.

Location and Travel

Hybrid work is anchored to our New York City office at 165 Broadway, 23rd Floor. Fully remote candidates in the continental United States may be considered if they can support Eastern Time client hours. Travel is approximately 10 to 20 percent.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits

$55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience.

Benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); paid parental leave; paid time off; training and conference opportunities; and an annual learning budget.

Equal Opportunity

ATS+Partners is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on any basis protected by applicable law. Reasonable accommodation are available throughout the hiring process upon request.
