Role Description The Education Volunteer role is a part-time, remote opportunity focused on supporting learners across Light Hub Academy’s online platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with virtual tutoring or mentoring sessions, guiding learners through course content, and helping them prepare for exams using provided learning resources and tools. The volunteer will respond to learner questions, offer clear explanations, and provide encouragement to help build confidence and understanding. Additional tasks may include supporting content delivery, sharing feedback from learners, and collaborating with the education team to improve learning experiences and outcomes.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively in an online environment.
• Experience or interest in training and tutoring, particularly in academic or skills-based contexts.
