Role Overview

We are looking for self-motivated, well-networked, and experienced Remote Study Abroad Counselors in Nigeria. Because this is a fully remote, commission-only role, you will enjoy absolute autonomy over your schedule. Your main focus will be tapping into your network, sourcing ambitious Nigerian students, managing your pipeline, and navigating them smoothly through university and visa applications to unlock exceptional payout milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling: Conduct detailed virtual profile evaluations to match Nigerian students with optimal career pathways, budget-friendly universities, and scholarship opportunities.
• End-to-End File Handling: Independently manage university application submissions, credit transfers, and structural reviews of Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
• Visa Processing Specialist: Provide comprehensive guidance on country-specific visa regulations, meticulously reviewing financial documentation, proof of funds, and conducting mock interview prep.
• Local Lead Generation: Proactively source, nurture, and convert local student leads using your own organic strategies, social media presence, or existing networks.
• Pipeline Tracking: Keep student application milestones updated in real-time using our digital internal tracking software.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 0+ years of direct experience as an overseas education counselor in Nigeria (A proven track record of securing admissions and visas for the UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe is mandatory).
• Local Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current visa trends, entry requirements for Nigerian applicants, and structural financial vetting.
• Work Setup: Must possess a reliable laptop, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a reliable power/back-up setup for seamless virtual student consultations.
• Network: An existing pool of prospective student leads or a sharp strategy for immediate organic lead generation in Nigeria is a major advantage.
