Educational Psychologist | All levels | Up to £66k + bonus
Are you an Educational Psychologist looking for the flexibility and variety of locum work, with the security and support of a permanent role?
I'm excited to be supporting the growth of Panoramic Associates' National SEND Service, and we're looking to speak with HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists who are looking for more flexibility, variety and autonomy in their next role.
We've built a service that combines many of the benefits people often associate with locum work, with the security, support and progression that come with permanent employment.
As part of a growing national team, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects with Local Authorities, schools and wider education settings, applying psychology in ways that genuinely improve outcomes for children and young people.
You could be involved in:
- EHCP and EHCNA assessments
- Consultation and psychological advice
- Direct intervention and therapeutic work
- Multi-disciplinary and systemic projects
- School improvement initiatives
- Training, CPD and workforce development
- Research, service development and policy work
What I particularly like about this opportunity is the scope it offers. As the service continues to grow, there are increasing opportunities to shape your role around your interests, develop areas of specialism, and contribute across education, health, care, residential and youth justice settings.
We're keen to speak with HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists at all stages of their career, from newly qualified practitioners through to experienced and senior EPs looking for a new challenge.
The package includes:
- Up to £66,000 salary depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
- Flexible hybrid working
- Fully funded CPD and training
- Competitive pension scheme
- Medicash healthcare plan
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Travel expenses covered
- Clear progression opportunities as the service continues to expand
You'll also be joining a highly supportive team led by our Director of SEND Services and former Principal Educational Psychologist, with access to a national network of experienced EPs and ongoing professional support.
