Position Title: Integrated Business Management Specialist Work Location: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site, based on contract requirements Job Type: Full-time, Contract Summary C² Technologies seeks Integrated Business Management Specialists to support federal programs and business operations. This position supports the coordination of operational, financial, acquisition, performance-reporting, governance, and administrative activities across an organization. Responsibilities Support integrated planning and coordination across business functions Develop and maintain operating plans, project schedules, dashboards, and performance reports Track organizational priorities, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items Support budget formulation, execution tracking, spend planning, and financial reporting Assist with acquisition planning, procurement documentation, contract administration, and invoice tracking Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements Develop standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, and management controls Coordinate meetings, governance reviews, and executive decision-making activities Prepare briefings, reports, correspondence, and decision-support materials Support internal controls, audits, records management, and compliance activities Facilitate communication among program, financial, acquisition, technology, and human capital stakeholders Maintain accurate business-management records and repositories Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, management, or a related field preferred Relevant business operations or program-management experience may be considered in place of education requirements Experience Experience supporting business operations, program management, financial management, or acquisition activities Federal government or federal contracting experience preferred Experience developing reports, dashboards, operating procedures, or executive briefings Experience coordinating multiple projects or organizational functions Tools & Systems Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams SharePoint or comparable collaboration and document-management platforms Project management, financial tracking, or business intelligence systems Skills Strong business analysis and project-coordination skills Ability to integrate information from multiple organizational functions Strong written communication and presentation-development skills Attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve business processes Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements, or working conditions. Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
