Role Description The Egypt Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity for individuals or entities interested in building Lingua Learn’s presence in Egypt. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local operations, coordinating marketing and sales initiatives, and managing relationships with learners, corporate clients, and teaching staff. The partner will localize and promote Lingua Learn’s online language and training programs, using the provided e-commerce platform, CRM, and course materials to drive enrollment and revenue. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, implementing growth strategies, ensuring service quality, and collaborating with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, training, academic standards, and administrative processes. The role requires proactive business development, structured planning, and consistent reporting to align local performance with global franchise objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, teachers, and support teams.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, interpret performance data, and refine growth strategies.
• Writing skills to produce clear business correspondence, local marketing content, and client-facing communication.
• Training experience or the ability to coordinate and support staff development using Lingua Learn’s training frameworks.
• Previous experience in education, franchising, or service-based business management, ideally in online or language training environments.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e-commerce, CRM, online conferencing, and basic office software).
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet agreed targets.
• Fluency in English and strong local language skills in Egypt; additional language abilities are an advantage.
