Working closely with divisional, regional and site EHS teams, the role acts as a central point of coordination, helping transform strategy into practical action through robust data, clear governance, effective communication and strong programme management.
Occasional international travel may be required to support site engagement, programme implementation, assurance activities and team workshops.

- Develop guidance materials, toolkits, campaigns and training resources to support consistent implementation of EHS standards across the organisation.
- Facilitate collaboration and engagement across divisional and site EHS teams, helping to build capability and strengthen EHS culture.
- Manage the global EHS governance calendar and coordinate inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive reporting and Group reporting cycles.
- Produce high-quality dashboards, reports and performance analysis, highlighting trends, risks, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain governance records, decision logs, action trackers and reporting repositories, ensuring actions are progressed and escalated where appropriate.
- Coordinate governance forums and meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and communication of key decisions.
- Coordinate oversight of critical control verification, monitoring completion, quality and significant findings, and escalating material gaps where required.
- Lead the collection, validation and analysis of EHS performance data across multiple regions, divisions and sites.
- Use data analytics and benchmarking to identify trends, risks, recurring themes and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a system administrator and superuser for EHS platforms and reporting tools, including Ideagen, Power BI and SharePoint.
- Drive continuous improvement of EHS reporting processes, data quality standards and management information systems.
- Provide practical guidance and coaching to EHS teams and system users, strengthening capability in reporting, incident learning, assurance, action management and implementation of Group standards.
- Coordinate the monitoring and reporting of EHS legal-compliance arrangements, working with local EHS teams and external providers to identify material gaps and monitor associated actions.
- Maintain assurance schedules and support audit, inspection and compliance activities across the business.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions through to closure and escalate significant issues where necessary.
- Support the effective classification, investigation and analysis of significant EHS events, including the quality review of investigation outputs, corrective actions and organisation-wide learning
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, governance and programme delivery based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Act as a central connector across the global EHS community, promoting best-practice sharing, consistency and collaboration.
- Build effective working relationships with EHS professionals, business leaders and key functional stakeholders across the organisation.
- Support environmental and sustainability reporting activities where they intersect with EHS governance, systems and assurance processes.
Skills/Experience:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate, IEMA Foundation Certificate or an equivalent relevant EHS qualification.
- Practical experience in an EHS role within a multi-site, regional, divisional or global organisation, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.

- Advanced Excel capability and experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive progress without direct authority.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to governance, documentation and action management
- Collaborative and relationship-focused, with a strong commitment to supporting others and enabling successful outcomes.
