As you develop in the role, you will take increasing ownership of EIA and SEA projects, strengthen your project management and commercial capabilities, and support the development of junior colleagues and sub-consultants. Over the longer term, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders, contribute to winning and growing work in existing and new markets, support the successful delivery of complex environmental assessment projects, develop a strong professional reputation in environmental assessment, contribute to a high-performing, collaborative and technically respected team, and maintain and extend your professional knowledge through continuous professional development.
