Role Purpose The eInvoicing Solution Enablement Consultant bridges regulatory requirements, technical capability and customer needs. The role combines deep knowledge of global eInvoicing regulation with solution consulting, commercial support and client-facing expertise, enabling customers, partners and internal teams to understand how Fintua’s platform addresses their compliance and operational requirements. Working closely with Sales, Product, Client Onboarding, Research & Regulatory Intelligence and the Solution Implementation Team, the role supports strategic opportunities, shapes compliant solution approaches, develops enablement content and helps customers adopt Fintua’s eInvoicing capabilities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser throughout pre-sales, solution design, onboarding and early adoption, while feeding customer, regulatory and market insight back into the business. Key Responsibilities Solution Consultancy & Sales Enablement Act as the eInvoicing subject-matter expert for strategic customer and partner opportunities. Participate in discovery workshops to understand customer processes, ERP landscapes, data flows, regulatory obligations and implementation constraints. Translate customer requirements into clear solution approaches aligned with Fintua’s standard capabilities and delivery model. Support solution demonstrations, RFPs, RFIs, proposals and commercial presentations. Help Sales articulate the regulatory, operational and technical value of Fintua’s eInvoicing proposition. Identify non-standard requirements, delivery dependencies and implementation risks before contractual commitments are finalised. Ensure customer expectations, solution scope and implementation assumptions are clearly documented and understood. Regulatory & Technical Enablement Maintain strong working knowledge of global eInvoicing, digital reporting and indirect tax developments, including Continuous Transaction Controls, Peppol, ViDA, SAF-T, VAT and GST requirements. Translate regulatory requirements into practical customer guidance, business requirements and technical considerations. Explain regulatory change clearly to customers, partners, Sales, Product, Onboarding and operational teams. Work closely with Research & Regulatory Intelligence to ensure customer-facing guidance is current, accurate and consistently applied. Assess the implications of regulatory requirements for invoice formats, clearance models, reporting, archiving, digital signatures, authentication and data retention while working with our eInvoice partner. Customer & Partner Enablement Design and deliver customer workshops, solution briefings and eInvoicing education sessions. Develop implementation guides, playbooks, FAQs, best-practice guidance and self-service learning content. Create reusable customer-facing materials that simplify complex regulatory and technical topics. Support partner enablement so implementation, referral and technology partners can position and explain Fintua consistently. Help customers understand how platform capabilities address their operational, compliance and adoption requirements. Product, Onboarding & Implementation Collaboration Provide regulatory and customer insight into product design, roadmap discussions and release readiness. Support solution design reviews for complex or strategic implementations. Work with Client Onboarding to confirm scope, dependencies, responsibilities and readiness before delivery begins. Support the Solution Implementation Team where specialist regulatory, process or customer guidance is required. Participate in testing, validation and customer acceptance activities where appropriate. Capture customer and partner feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and eInvoice partner. Market & Thought Leadership Represent Fintua at customer meetings, webinars, conferences and relevant industry forums. Contribute to articles, webinars, presentations and other thought-leadership content on eInvoicing and digital reporting. Support Marketing with accurate, commercially relevant regulatory and solution content. Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant insight with internal stakeholders. Skills & Experience At least five years’ relevant experience in eInvoicing, indirect tax, tax technology, ERP integration, solution consulting, pre-sales or a related field. Demonstrable experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders. Experience supporting sales opportunities, customer discovery, solution design, proposals or demonstrations. Experience translating regulatory and business requirements into practical technical or operational solutions. Experience delivering workshops, presentations, training or customer-facing guidance. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer needs, regulatory requirements and delivery feasibility. Technical & Regulatory Knowledge Global eInvoicing frameworks and country mandate models. Continuous Transaction Controls and real-time invoice clearance. Peppol network, Peppol BIS and related interoperability standards. ViDA and Digital Reporting Requirements. SAF-T, VAT and GST compliance requirements. Structured invoice formats, including XML, UBL and EDIFACT. ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics. API-based integrations, invoice data flows and common implementation patterns. Electronic document archiving, digital signatures, authentication and audit requirements. The role requires sufficient technical depth to discuss integrations, solution architecture and implementation approaches with customers, internal technical teams and eInvoice partner.
