Grow your career with Australia's largest training resources provider Work from the comfort of your own home Great career progression in a rapidly expanding company Enjoy the convenience of Australian hours – no night shift and weekend work Role Overview As our eLearning Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences using eSkilled's AI Course Creator (AICC) and the Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline & Rise). You'll create interactive, learner-focused content that supports our in-house brands and global clients. Working closely with Instructional Designers, Technical Writers, and Product teams, you'll transform learning content into high-quality eLearning solutions while maintaining and enhancing our existing portfolio of Articulate-based courses. You'll also ensure content remains up to date, SCORM-compliant, and compatible across modern Learning Management Systems (LMS). We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving who enjoys delivering high-quality digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities eLearning Development Design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions for our in-house brands. Transform training requirements into engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning experiences aligned with brand standards and learning objectives. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders throughout the development process. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and feedback to ensure projects are completed on time and meet business objectives. eLearning Content Updates Review, maintain, and enhance existing eLearning content to improve learner engagement and learning outcomes. Implement updates for outdated content, technical issues, and instructional improvements based on stakeholder feedback. Ensure all revisions are accurately documented, archived, and integrated into the learning platform. Articulate 360 Development & Maintenance Develop, maintain, and enhance eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360 . Manage and update eSkilled's existing portfolio of Articulate-based learning resources. Improve learner interactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure SCORM compliance and Learning Management System (LMS) compatibility. Partner with instructional designers and technical writers to transform learning content into engaging digital learning experiences using industry best practices. AICC Testing & Quality Assurance Support user acceptance testing and continuous improvement of our AI-powered eLearning authoring platform (AICC). Test new features, identify issues, and provide feedback to enhance platform performance, reliability, and user experience. Contribute to delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions for clients. Tutorial & Documentation Development Create engaging tutorials, quick-start guides, and step-by-step documentation for new and existing AICC features. Develop best practice articles and instructional resources that help users maximize the platform's capabilities. Keep learning materials up to date with platform enhancements and feature releases. SCORM & Learning Technology Support Provide technical support for SCORM-compliant content, Learning Management System (LMS) compatibility, and course deployment. Troubleshoot publishing, packaging, tracking, and learner experience issues for both AICC-generated and Articulate-authored content. Ensure reliable delivery and optimal performance of learning content across supported LMS platforms. Requirements Essential Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in eLearning development. Demonstrated experience using Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Articulate Rise 360 to develop, update, and maintain eLearning content. Experience maintaining existing Articulate courses, including modifying interactions, variables, triggers, assessments, media assets, and publishing SCORM-compliant packages. Experience with AI-powered authoring tools or a willingness to learn eSkilled's AI Course Creator (AICC). Adobe Illustrator experience is required. Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems is highly desirable. Sound understanding of SCORM standards and LMS deployment. Good knowledge of adult learning principles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet changing deadlines. Commitment to continuous improvement. Experience with digital design, multimedia production, motion graphics, and video editing is highly desirable. What's In It For You?
