Position Summary The Electrical Division Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division. This role combines business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience within data center electrical construction, maintains strong industry relationships, and understands both workforce management and electrical contracting environments. This individual will serve as the face of AIS's electrical division and play a critical role in driving revenue growth, workforce expansion, and customer success. This position is focused on workforce solutions, labor deployment, recruiting strategy, and client support—not electrical contracting operations. Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will bring: 7–10+ years of electrical construction, workforce solutions, staffing, or project leadership experience. Existing relationships with electrical contractors, project executives, superintendents, foremen, and electricians. Deep understanding of mission-critical and data center construction environments. Proven success generating revenue and growing customer accounts. Experience building teams, processes, and scalable operational systems. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with executive leadership.
