Electrical Engineer

Our team of experts collaborates across disciplines to deliver exceptional projects for our clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and solutions for various projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop electrical system designs and specifications for a range of projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential developments. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation. Project Management: Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analyses, calculations, and simulations to ensure the feasibility and performance of electrical systems. Evaluate and select appropriate electrical equipment, materials, and technologies. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance and quality of electrical installations. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and architects, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support. Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within projects and the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Proven experience in electrical engineering design, project management, and implementation. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP). Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Working Conditions: [The role is remote] Occasional travel to project sites and client meetings may be required.
