Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated AI trainer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to evaluate how frontier AI models handle real electrical and electronics engineering work. You bring the judgment you have already built over years of designing, debugging, and shipping hardware. We bring engineering problems the models cannot yet solve on their own.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry tasks using computer systems.

Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy while managing large datasets.

Collaborate with team members to support data annotation projects.

Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance data processing.

Essential Skills

2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering, currently or recently doing the technical work as an individual contributor.

in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a closely related discipline. In progress Bachelors degree or higher.

Strong command of circuit analysis and design tradeoffs, and the ability to defend component-level and system-level decisions.

Fluency in the tools of the field: circuit simulation (SPICE and similar), schematic capture and PCB tools, lab instruments, and MATLAB or Python for engineering analysis.

Strong written communication and the ability to articulate why an answer is wrong, not only that it is.

General familiarity with AI/LLM tools (user-level is fine), or the ability to pick them up quickly.

Real weekly capacity: the project prioritizes 30-40 hrs/week; part-time is considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will need a reliable internet connection and access to a computer to perform your duties efficiently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Independent contractor paid through paypal. No benefits offered

This is a Permanent position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Nov 9, 2026.

This is a fully remote position.
