The Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support electrical engineering activities while contributing to quality assurance and project improvement initiatives. The role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who can review technical requirements, identify quality issues, coordinate corrective actions, and work with multidisciplinary teams to maintain engineering standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical engineering activities, technical reviews, and project coordination.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, technical documents, and quality requirements.
• Develop and monitor practical quality checks for engineering deliverables and project activities.
• Identify technical defects, quality concerns, and potential project risks.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant project stakeholders.
• Monitor project deliverables against approved specifications, standards, and requirements.
• Prepare inspection records, technical reports, quality updates, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Support root-cause analysis and recommend practical improvements to engineering processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, quality, and project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, quality assurance, or engineering project environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and quality management practices.
• Knowledge of engineering specifications, inspection processes, documentation, and project standards.
• Familiarity with quality control, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing technical priorities independently within a part-time remote environment.
