What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- To ensure the resolution of malfunctions in production machinery and take necessary actions to prevent their recurrence,
- Provide support to the technical office according to determined work plans,
- Ensure the continuation of technical training and documentation tasks,
- Generate reports on machine malfunction histories and maintenance activities,
- Conduct studies on reducing maintenance costs, breakdown costs, and failure rates,
- Ensure the ongoing monitoring of necessary information regarding monthly general maintenance reports,
- Be responsible for organizing and tracking the current task list created in communication with all departments of the factory.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Studying in the 4th grade of Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- Preferably with internship experience in the field of maintenance,
- Able to continue at least 3 days a week,
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
