Key Responsibilities:Manage supplier quality from selection and qualification through final inspection and shipment release.

Pasted markdownConduct supplier assessments, process audits, design reviews, inspections, and first-piece qualifications.Develop and monitor supplier quality improvement plans, KPIs, and scorecards.

Lead supplier kick-off meetings, surveillance plans, ITP reviews, and witness inspections.

Manage deviations, NCRs, RCA/8D, CAPA, and corrective actions through closure.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Support DFMEA/PFMEA, supplier development, and continuous improvement activities.

Work closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Project teams.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field.

3–5 years in supplier quality, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project management.

Strong knowledge of technical drawings, manufacturing processes, quality tools, RCA, 5-Why/8D, and CAPA.

Knowledge of ISO 9001; Lead Auditor certification is a plus.

Electrical/power industry equipment experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30%.
