We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who knows Klaviyo, understands eCommerce, and can combine strong copywriting with hands-on campaign execution. You’ll manage email and SMS marketing across multiple eCommerce and DTC brands, from campaign builds and lifecycle flows to testing, QA, and performance optimization. What You’ll Own Build and schedule 2–3 email campaigns per client each week in Klaviyo Write persuasive, on-brand copy for campaigns and lifecycle flows Build and maintain Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, and advanced segmentation flows Set up and QA automations, filters, splits, and A/B tests Manage segmentation, suppression logic, list hygiene, and SMS compliance Monitor opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, LTV, and retention performance Work closely with Account Managers, Designers, and other marketing specialists Identify opportunities to improve campaign and retention performance What You’ll Bring 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce/DTC Strong Klaviyo experience across campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability Strong email copywriting skills with a relevant portfolio Experience managing email lists of 10,000+ subscribers Understanding of LTV, repeat rate, and cohort analysis Strong attention to detail and QA discipline Excellent written and spoken English Able to work independently and manage deadlines Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR Fast, reliable internet connection Ready to Make Email a Growth Channel?
