A high 9-figure skincare brand in constant pursuit of excellence. Email has become a strong profit engine for us, but it now needs to expand in order to make a significant impact. Today email revenue sits around 4% of our total adspend on a rolling 7 daily basis. Our goal is to reach 20% by the end of the quarter. Making money from the list is the absolute priority, whether that comes from campaigns, flows or retention. We are also obsessed with world-class customer experience. That is where segmentation, personalization and retention come in: using the list not just to sell, but to keep customers and grow their lifetime value. To get there, we want an Email Marketing Specialist with “hardcore” email monetization experience on the back of affiliate offers or direct response skin care brands, where email was the lifeblood of the organization and you know the true pressure the program represents. If you want to take your skills to a white-hat direct response skin care brand, own the craft end to end, and break your own records inside a strongly aligned team, Then APPLY NOW! ========== Results: Increase email marketing campaign revenue as a % of ad spend from 4% to 20% Increase email flow revenue to 10% of ad spend Set up a split testing infrastructure across our automations that delivers a statistically significant win every single week Achieve 5% net ascension rate into our Concierge Esthetician program in the first 30 days of a customer's journey Reduce membership cancellations through better onboarding, activation and retention email ========== Responsibilities Write and build campaign emails, launches, promotions and direct response, to the whole list and to segments Write and build lifecycle and retention flows in Klaviyo: onboarding, membership activation, cancel-save, winback, post-purchase Build and manage segmentation and personalization so the right message reaches the right person at the right time Run a weekly testing loop, proving offers as live campaigns first, then automating the proven winners Report on email marketing program results daily in the team chat and weekly in the huddle Successfully achieve your quarterly KPI´s Curate the N90D Email Marketing Calendar Collaborate with the other marketing teams & launch new offers to our email list Optimize our list management for membership retention ========== Requirements: Proven direct response email copywriting, ideally where email was the lifeblood of the business Hands-on Klaviyo build experience, this is not negotiable Work 6 days/week Work 10 hours/day Read 2 books/month ========== Reward: $5-8k, plus a bonus for every 1% you increase email campaign & flow leverage over adspend An opportunity to build the email program inside a future world-class organization An environment of big dreams, speed, high leverage and figure-it-out-ability, where you go all in, every day.
