Campaign Build & Deployment

  • Write compelling email copy including subject lines, preview text, body content and CTAs aligned to client goals.
  • Build and maintain responsive, on-brand email templates across the agency's email marketing platforms.

  • Schedule and deploy campaigns on time and in line with client approvals.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to speed up drafting and testing while keeping each client's voice authentic.

Automation & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build, maintain and optimize automated flows such as welcome series, lead nurture, inquiry follow-up, abandoned cart, post-purchase and re-engagement.
  • Test workflow logic and triggers to make sure automations fire correctly.
  • Identify new automation opportunities for clients and surface recommendations to the Account Owner.

List Health, Deliverability & Compliance

  • Segment client lists by engagement, lifecycle stage, behavior and other relevant data.
  • Maintain list hygiene by managing bounces, suppressions, duplicates and inactive contacts.
  • Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement, and make sure client domains are properly authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, inbox provider bulk-sender requirements and email best practices.

Performance, Testing & Reporting

  • Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs and send times, and document learnings.
  • Track performance metrics including click rate, conversion rate, revenue or leads generated, list growth and unsubscribes.
  • Contribute insights and measurables to client scorecards and recommend optimizations to the Account Owner.
  • Stay current on email platform updates, inbox provider changes and industry trends, and adjust tactics accordingly.
