Email Marketing Specialist

We are an IT agency developing digital solutions for the travel industry. We are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist who can build a structured email communication system and improve the performance of our campaigns. Responsibilities Create email sequences for leads (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement). Develop and send regular company email campaigns. Set up automations and integrations via Zapier . Work with Mailchimp : segmentation, templates, triggers, campaigns. Monitor analytics : open rates, CTR, conversions, A/B tests. Optimize email communication workflows for the travel audience. Requirements 2+ years of experience in email marketing. Experience in the travel industry is a plus. Strong English skills (all communication and content in English). Proficiency in Mailchimp and setting up automations. Ability to create clear and engaging email sequences. Experience with Zapier integrations.
