Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, building, optimizing, and managing email marketing campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo. You will work closely with internal team members and client accounts to improve retention, increase customer lifetime value, and drive revenue through email. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce email marketing, is confident in Klaviyo, and enjoys working in a fast-paced agency-style environment. Responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo Create and improve key retention flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and sunset flows Segment audiences for targeted messaging and improved campaign performance Monitor campaign and flow performance, and use data to make recommendations and improvements Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, and send strategies Work with copywriters and designers to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and best practices Maintain email calendar planning and support overall retention strategy Review account performance and identify opportunities for growth Ensure quality assurance across campaigns, automations, links, tracking, and deliverability best practices Stay up to date with Klaviyo features, ecommerce trends, and retention marketing strategies Required Experience & Skills Proven experience in email marketing , ideally in ecommerce Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo Experience building campaigns, automations, and segmentation strategies Understanding of key email marketing metrics such as open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, and retention performance Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to think strategically while also executing at a high standard Previous agency experience Experience with SMS marketing Basic understanding of copywriting, design feedback, and conversion strategy Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks Knowledge of deliverability best practices Work Environment: Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
