Email Marketing Technician

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Klaviyo Email Technician to join our CRM team.

This role sits at the centre of our email production process - you'll be the bridge between design and delivery, taking finished designs and building them out as fully functional, error-free campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.

This is a critical role for the agency.

The quality of what goes out the door depends on you: strong attention to detail, rigorous QA, and consistent, deadline-driven delivery are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Build email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo from finalised designs, briefs, and copy decks
• Set up and manage segmentation, list/flow triggers, tagging, and personalisation logic within Klaviyo
• Rigorously QA every campaign and flow before send: checking links, personalisation, rendering across devices/clients, tracking, and copy accuracy
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and CRM strategists to ensure builds match brief and brand standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Klaviyo (deliverability flags, broken flows, tracking errors, etc.)
• Follow established build and QA processes/checklists consistently, flagging gaps or improvements where relevant
• Manage multiple builds against tight, overlapping deadlines across different client accounts
• Maintain a working knowledge of what drives strong email account performance (deliverability, engagement, list health) to inform build decisions

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building campaigns and flows within Klaviyo
• Excellent attention to detail — comfortable being the last line of defence before an email goes live
• Strong QA discipline and a methodical, process-driven approach to work
• Good understanding of email marketing fundamentals: deliverability, segmentation, personalisation, and what makes an email account perform well
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with a wider CRM team (designers, copywriters, strategists)
• Comfortable following defined processes and checklists while still using judgement to flag issues
• Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts is a plus
