About You
In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.
You will be required to work 1 day a week at our office in Krakow
Job responsibilities include:
• Support complex tax projects in EMEA region
• Collaborate and engage with Tax Team members, outsourced business partner, other GBS and business teams
• Ensuring TAX processes are properly documented and all operating procedures are regularly reviewed;
• Developing Standard Work documentation for any new or changed TAX processes for the region;
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert in all potential scope extension projects, providing expertise from process standpoint;
• Supporting process development and CI initiatives;
• Supporting Internal and External Audit processes, if needed.
• Building and setting process standards to support the organisation's business strategies for the entire region
• Training people in VAT and Tax knowledge
• Provide guidance to different stakeholders in the region
•Maintaining SAP tax-related settings
• Leading the implementation of e-invoicing requirements and solutions
Requirements:
- The job holder will have a master’s degree in economics or accounting
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Tax, Accounting and Reporting in a multinational company, including 2 - 3 years of experience in an independent position or in a management position in a consulting company
• Knowledge of accounting standards gained in a multinational company
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience and knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP R3
• Excellent communication, influencing and coordination skills, as you will be cooperating with regional and global senior stakeholders
• Ability to think in critical way and solve problems
• Decisive with an ability to work independently and effectively amid ambiguity
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken including advanced finance, accounting and tax vocabulary, 2nd Western European language will be an asset
• Ability to work across multiple functions, geographies, and diverse cultures
• Understanding of tax accounting standards and reporting
• Orientation to work with strict deadlines is essential
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of the various accounting systems required in the region
