The Total Rewards Manager, EMEA plays an important role in designing and delivering compensation, benefits and retirement programs across. Partnering with HR, business stakeholders and global rewards teams, you will help ensure our rewards offerings remain market-aligned, consistent and aligned with organizational needs. Working closely with global rewards stakeholders, the role contributes to a streamlined and future-ready rewards model by strengthening governance, enhancing market alignment, optimizing benefits and retirement programs, and enabling data-informed workforce decisions. Where You'll Make a Difference Deliver compensation planning, salary review and rewards processes across the region, providing data-informed recommendations and supporting implementation where appropriate. Ensure alignment of rewards governance, job evaluation and compensation practices across EMEA markets. Leverage market benchmarking and workforce insights to support informed talent, retention and workforce investment decisions. Serve as the primary regional contact for the Global Benefits Director on EMEA benefits and retirement programs. Partner with benefits vendors, consultants, trustees and local stakeholders to facilitate effective administration and ongoing program management. Provide benefits and retirement program analysis to inform decision-making, risk management, cost oversight and long-term program sustainability. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline rewards processes, enhance operational efficiency and improve transparency in rewards decision-making. Help ensuring compliance with local requirements across EMEA countries. What Makes You the Right Fit 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards or broader HR experience with significant compensation responsibility. Experience supporting multi-country compensation programs across EMEA. Experience supporting pension, retirement or long-term savings programs within a multinational environment. Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits and workforce-related decisions. Knowledge of compensation, benefits and retirement practices across multiple EMEA countries. Experience working with external compensation surveys and market benchmarking methodologies. Experience working within a multinational organization and professional fluency in English. How Would You Stand Out? Experience supporting compensation, benefits and retirement programs within a multinational manufacturing, industrial, supply chain or commercial organization, including engagement with external vendors, consultants and plan providers. Experience in market benchmarking, compensation surveys, rewards analytics, workforce insights, job architecture, role leveling and rewards governance. Experience navigating organizational transformation, integration, separation or standalone company environments Exposure to incentive programs, workforce planning, Workday Compensation (or similar HR technologies).
