Job Description
The EMEAI Time & Attendance Specialist – mainly responsible for supporting the delivery of Time & Attendance (T&A) processes across multiple entities within the EMEAI region.
This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of T&A data, supporting payroll operations and contributing to process standardization and system harmonization initiatives. The position acts as a subject matter expert for T&A systems and processes, working closely with Payroll, HR, and external providers.
This position is ideally based close to Poznan in Poland with the ability to work on a hybrid basis but could be based within Poland working remotely. This role could also be based working hybrid or remote to one of our other countries and sites within EMEAI.

Responsibilities
T&A Operations Support
- Support the execution of Time & Attendance processes across assigned countries and entities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of T&A data for payroll processing
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, time exceptions, and system-related issues
- Partner with local key stakeholders and Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs
- Act as key Super-user for T&A systems, ensuring proper system usage and data integrity
- Investigate and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT, system provider and support teams – internal and external
- Maintain system data and support updates, enhancements, and testing activities
- Ensure alignment of system usage with defined processes and policies
- Support T&A harmonization initiatives, including data collection and process mapping
- Document current processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to standardization of processes across entities
- Support implementation of new tools, processes, communication, training and system enhancements
- Liaise with external T&A system providers and internal support teams
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution – using ServiceNow ticketing system and keeping to the defined KPI
- Support service quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders across entities
- Ensure T&A processes are executed in line with company policies and local requirements
- Support audits and compliance checks related to time and attendance data
- Maintain documentation of processes and system setup
- Supports multiple countries and legal entities with varying levels of complexity
- Works across multiple T&A systems in a transition and current operational environment
- Contributes to payroll accuracy and operational efficiency
- Supports regional harmonization and system consolidation initiatives
- Reports to: EMEAI Region Payroll Manager
- Works closely with:
- HR Shared Services / HR Business Partners
- Local Stakeholders

- External T&A vendors
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, or HR Operations
- Experience working with HR / Payroll / T&A systems
- Good understanding of T&A processes and payroll interaction
- Strong analytical, attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multi-country, complex environment
- Able to work independently as well as integrated part of the whole Time to Pay team, delivering One Team mindset
- Experience in workforce management systems (e.g. Atoss, AIDA, Dayforce, Zucchetti, Flex or similar)
- Experience in system implementation or process harmonization projects
- Exposure to multi-entity or international environment

- The established salary range for this position is PLN 80,675 - 103,165 ( Compensation varies depending on location. For any locations other than Preferred Location in job description, compensation will be shared early in the recruitment process.)
