HR Services Administrator (with German) is part of the front-line data processing and management team. This includes entering, maintaining, processing , auditing, and reporting sensitive People and organizational data, as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes. In addition, this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

HR Services Administrator (with German) is part of the front-line data processing and management team. This includes entering, maintaining, processing , auditing, and reporting sensitive People and organizational data, as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes. In addition, this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.
Where You'll Work
- This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30, Kraków, on average 3-5 times per month.
- On-site days are typically predetermined and driven by business needs.
- Analyse and process transactions in the HR system, acting as the primary point of contact for organisation-wide workforce administration processes.
- Act as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes.
- Create and maintain documentation, policies and procedures to capture and share process knowledge.
- Provide high-quality support, ensuring customer satisfaction, expertise and timely responses in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure that requests are completed within the required SLA timelines.
- Track cases in the case management system for documentation, monitoring and work allocation purposes.
- Conduct audits of HR system data and analyse audit results to identify issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Fluency in English and German, at least at C1 level.
- Experience in tracking cases for documentation, monitoring and work allocation purposes.
- The ability to advocate for change and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, matrix organisation.
