Emerse Senior Sales Coach

Full-time contract position (Remote US-Based) $150,000 - $250,000 per annum (variable and uncapped) Job Summary Emerse, a dynamic Sales Consulting business, is searching for the next Sales Super Coach. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced sales leader or coach to join us as a Certified Sales Coach. We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven sales experience and results, looking to transition into a coaching/consulting role, or an existing coach interested in helping business owners across the US, UK, and Europe smash their sales targets. On average, our coaches earn approximately $150,000 - $250,000 (variable and uncapped). This role is a primarily remote role from anywhere in the US (with primarily eastern time work hours). Your purpose: embed lasting sales performance by applying proven strategies, building accountability, and delivering exceptional coaching experiences. This is not your typical consultancy gig; it’s a chance to make a measurable difference every day. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver high-impact coaching engagements using Emerse IP and methodology Facilitate team bootcamps, strategy workshops, and performance reviews Build and roll out client-specific sales playbooks Support sales hiring and onboarding with clear standards and structure Track performance and drive growth through diagnostics and KPIs Collaborate with the Emerse team to develop new services and tools What You Bring – (Mandatory) 10+ years in B2B sales and leadership roles. Proven coaching or mentoring expertise. A passion for elevating sales talent and client success. Experience in sales, hiring, and team development. Confidence working independently in a flexible, remote setup. If you're currently self-employed or building a portfolio career, this could be the ideal next step with a values-led business. How It Works You will complete a 90-day certification and onboarding programme, equipping you with Emerse tools, training, and client frameworks. You’ll work on an outcome-based model—measured by results, not hours. You’ll earn a share of gross profit for each client engagement, plus sales commission for bringing in new business.
