Job Description

This is a remote position.

Star Training Network in association with CoWorx.in invites qualified and experienced Trainers, Leadership Coaches, Learning & Development professionals for possible empanelment for undertaking freelancing work assignments individually or along with other professionals and experts associated with CoWorx.in and Star Training Network.

The empanelment will be subject to invitation after an assessment by a panel of experts on the overall suitability of the arrangement.

CoWorx.in is a new age virtual co-working start-up steered by a multidisciplinary team of experts.

This is not an invitation for applying for a job. This is a call for expressions of interest to be associated with CoWorx and Star Training Network as a member which offers the possibility of getting assignments as part of the CoWorx.in platform.

The entire focus of the platform is on creating and identifying professional opportunities and executing assignments in collaboration with other professionals with well defined and dynamic pattern of revenue sharing.

StarTrainingNetwork.com (STN) welcomes trainers, coaches and learning & development professionals for empanelment as Star Trainers

Star Training Network manages a number of programmes on behalf of various Strategic Partners for individuals and companies. We wish to now empanel trainers for proposed programmes across industries, sectors and disciplines. We are looking for suitably qualified trainers and coaches who have experience of delivering training for individuals and businesses.

At Star Training Network we believe that it is possible to build a technology enabled platform for professionals which enables collaboration and cowork. The Star Training Network is a network of trainers and training providers dedicated to conducting individual and corporate training programs worldwide. Companies and Individuals can search for and purchase various training courses being offered on StarTrainingNetwork.com. The advantages to the members are many – collaborative business development and delivery opportunities with other members being the most important. Over a period of time the network will launch training programs and also bid for training projects with large organizations and the government. As we are in a pre-launch stage we invite trainers and other L&D professionals to get associated. We look forward to having you on-board this unique platform being developed especially for self respecting professionals.

Our members work in the corporates, education, international development sectors and many operate as external consultants. It is a confluence of like minded individuals who share their expertise and skills throughout as collective wisdom.

In the first phase we are inviting the empanelment of Trainers & Coaches at the level of experts in either or all of the following :

  • Softskill Development
  • Leadership
  • Functional - Projects, Civil Engineering, Procurement, Planning etc.
Professionals with a minimum experience of 10 years in notable corporates are welcome to join.

CoWorx is seeking to create a parallel avenue for professionals without any full time commitment and without any pre-conditions.

A high degree of confidence and communication skill is a pre - requisite for possible empanellment.
