We shape perception of Intel through proactive, data-informed storytelling and immersive experiences that bring our transformation to life. By leveraging measurable, performance-driven approaches across B2B and B2C, and embedding AI-powered, data-driven decision making, we deliver outcomes that accelerate revenue, market share, margin, and trust with key audiences around the world.
About the role
We are looking for an early-career communicator who is curious, creative, and ready to make an impact. You will develop content, prepare leaders for key moments, support employee events and communications and manage projects from ideas through execution.

- Shape meaningful employee experiences. Contribute to communications, events, campaigns, and change initiatives that strengthen understanding, connection, and engagement across the company.
- Turn insight into actionable ideas. Research business, organizational and audience needs, use feedback and data to understand what's working, then bring fresh thinking and creative approaches to communications opportunities and challenges.
- Work smarter with AI and digital tools. Use emerging technologies thoughtfully to research, create, collaborate, and find more effective ways to deliver communications.
- Drive excellent execution. Coordinate projects, timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and deliverables to produce accurate, high-quality work on time.
- Make the work better. Collaborate across teams, build tools and processes that keep work moving and identify smarter ways to deliver results as priorities evolve.
The ideal candidate should show the following behavioral traits

- Credible and discerning: Communicates confidently, exercises good judgment, handles sensitive information with discretion, and has the potential to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Creative: Brings ideas, experiments with new approaches and looks for better ways to solve communications challenges.
