Job Description QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Licensed in the state of Maryland as LGSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC and degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. Additionally, you will need to submit copies of your licensing credentials and successfully complete a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment medical examination before you can be appointed into this position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Individual and Family Therapy Ensure timely documentation in the practice management system Compliance with Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Meeting Attendance, Required Trainings, Quality Assurance Committees, and Agency Initiatives Monitor and record client progress with respect to treatment goals. Complete biannual reassessments on assigned clients Refer client, or family to needed to supportive services, as needed Modify treatment plans according to changes in client status. Adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines established by the agency. Maintains employee file with current documentation.
