A leading international law firm is looking to hire a 5-8 PQE Corporate Associate to join its high-performing London team.

The firm has a strong global reputation advising entrepreneurs, founders, family businesses and institutional investors, with a distinctive practice that blends corporate transactional work with private capital and wealth structures.

The Role

You will join a top-ranked employment team that acts for employers and senior executives in roughly equal numbers. Clients range from household-name employers in financial services, media, fashion, sport and the charity sector to fast-growing tech businesses.

You will handle a mix of contentious, non-contentious and transactional support work, contribute to business development to win new work and supervise trainees, paralegals and support staff, and share know-how across the team.

About You

• You will be an England & Wales qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE in UK employment law, gained at a well-regarded firm.
